Jesse’s Practice Areas
Jesse focuses his practice on individuals who have a need for legal advice and services to protect and transition wealth to their heirs as well as plan for their own retirement. His clients are business owners, successful entrepreneurs, or highly compensated executives. Jesse works to chart the best strategy to minimize tax consequences associated with retirement and inheritance to preserve wealth. He provides legal advice for estate planning, tax and retirement planning, as well as elder law services.
Jesse also works with business owners to help them with employee benefits and corporate tax planning. In many cases, a successful business owner’s personal need for employee benefits and wealth planning is intertwined with their businesses. He helps these individuals do what makes sense for themselves as well as their employees, which may include family members.
In the event that disputes result, Jesse is also a litigator. He defends his clients in the areas of probate, tax litigation and estate litigation. With over four decades of experience to bring to every situation, Jesse can provide his clients with the insight they need to consider the course of action that is best for them.
