Jim has focused his practice primarily in area of public utility law. Jim and his colleagues provide insight into all aspects of a client’s business including contracts, financing, regulatory issues, environmental law, and cooperative governance. Whether large or small, Jim works to make sure that his clients get excellent service and understand all their options.
